Each of your furnished office spaces are 25 sq. m. (1 - 7 people/room) with two side wide spectacular window view of the central city of Bangkok. We have two office spaces available at present, one is with window and the other is non-window room.
If you plan to stay for one year period the prices are Baht 23,000 double window & Baht 22,000 for single window rooms. In each room the prices include 5 pieces of furniture, 3 hi-speed commercial dedicated internet connections, two direct telephones, your standard electricity bill, building maintenance bill, water bill, air-conditioner bill during office hours, and air-conditioner maintenance cost all included.
