T?V S?D PSB (Thailand) : Seminar on EU Energy related ProductDirective (ErP) and latest USA Energy Star Programme requirements (21 July 2011)

Dear Sir and Madam,

The Energy Star programme and the ‘Energy related Products’ Directive (ErP) are two major energy efficiency schemes available to help manage and reduce energy consumption.

The ‘Energy related Product’ Directive (ErP) is the European approach of saving energy which is complemented with various ‘Implementing Measure’ as well as a new ‘Energy Label’ directive with its various ‘Delegated Acts’.

The Energy Star program, a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy since 1992, is the most popular voluntary energy efficiency scheme in the world to date. The programme has gone through a series of revamps recently which directly affect manufacturers that need to have their products registered under the program.


T?V S?D PSB Thailand is pleased to organize a public seminar called
“ EU Energy related ProductDirective (ErP) and latest USA Energy Star Programme requirements”

This seminar aims to update, and empower participants with essential knowledge concerning the EU ErP, EU-Energy Label and changes to the Energy Star Program.
